GENERAL

Within this document of terms and conditions any context where "Yummy Dogs" is mentioned refers to Yummy Dogs Pty Ltd.

Within this document of terms and conditions any context where "Customer" or "Customers" is mentioned refers to the customer or any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of the Customer as described on any quotation, work authorisation or other form as provided by Yummy Dogs to the Customer.

Any order or booking is provisional until Yummy Dogs has received payment, which in turn indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. All the information contained within our "FAQ " page must be reviewed and understood before placing any orders.

1. CATERING & EVENT BOOKINGS

1.1 PAYMENTS / PRICE: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. All bookings must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the booking date. A booking is only confirmed once Yummy Dogs has received payment in full. Payments can be made via electronic bank transfer; company cheque, cash or credit cart. Yummy Dogs accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A transaction fee of 1.8 % will apply to all credit card payments for Catering & Event bookings. GST (10%) and other taxes and duties that may be applicable will be added to the Price except when they are expressly included in the Price. All prices are in Australian dollars

1.2 POSTPONE OR CANCEL: If the Customer wish to postpone or cancel their booking due to bad weather or other reasons the Customer must contact Yummy Dogs on 1300 881 576 and send a notification via email to: bookings@yummydogs.com.au

The Customer needs to contact Yummy Dogs at least 48 hours before a booking is due to start. For notifications received less than 48 hours before the booking or if Yummy Dogs arrives on site and the decision is made to postpone or cancel the booking, full payment will be required. If the Customer postpones or cancels the booking 48 hours before the event the Customer can transfer their payment once to another booking with Yummy Dogs within a six-month period. Payments are not refundable.

If written notification of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the booking date, Yummy Dogs Pty Ltd will refund the deposit in full.

If written notification of cancellation is received between 10-30 days prior to the booking date, Yummy Dogs Pty Ltd will refund 50% of the deposit.

If written notification of cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the booking date, Yummy Dogs Pty Ltd will not refund any deposit.

1.3 END OF BOOKING / ADDITIONAL HOURS: Yummy Dogs will start to remove our equipment immediately after the booking has been completed. In the event that extra hours are required the Customer will be charged for cart/stand hire and staff on a per hour rate, which will be charged after the event.

1.4 PARKING CHARGES: An extra parking charge based on local car park rates will apply if free car or loading dock parking cannot be provided for the full duration of the booking including ‘set up’ and ‘pack down’. The minimum required car park height is 2.0 meter.

1.5 FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: Yummy Dogs makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies if the Customer has requested it. However, Yummy Dogs will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating Yummy Dogs foods or products. Customers with food allergies are encouraged to contact Yummy Dogs for additional information and/or support.

1.6 DELIVERY: Yummy Dogs endeavours to meet all delivery/event deadlines, however we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries when circumstances are beyond our control. Yummy Dogs will communicate this in a timely and professional manner.

1.7 RISK IN PRODUCT: Products purchased by the Customer from Yummy Dogs will be at the Customers risk upon delivery to the Customer or such place as specified by the Customer or into the Customers custody (whichever occurs first).

1.8 DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT: Generally, the delivery and collection of equipment is on the same day of the event. The delivery is made between 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of the agreed serving time. Yummy Dogs will start to remove our equipment as soon as the booking has been completed, unless a specific date or time of collection or delivery is requested. An additional early delivery and late pick up fee will apply.

1.9 QUOTES: Quotes are valid for one month from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated, and valid only according to the specifications provided. Alterations to specifications may require quotes to be reviewed and revised.

1.10 EXTENUATING AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Should Yummy Dogs be unable to provide any service due to extenuating and unforeseen circumstances, Customers may not make any claim other than a full refund of deposit.

 

2. ONLINE SHOP, DISPENSER ORDERS POSTAGE / SHIPPING

2.1 PAYMENTS - ONLINE SHOP: Yummy Dogs accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway using the latest SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. SSL encryption is the current industry standard. Yummy Dogs does not store nor is party to your credit card or bank details. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). 

2.2 POSTAGE / SHIPPING: Yummy Dogs uses Australia Post or other Transport Companies to ship orders. The transport status can be tracked online. Shipping costs are calculated according to the number of items ordered, weight, dimensions and delivery destination. Total shipping cost is displayed at the checkout stage of the order. Shipping costs include all packing & handling charges. Yummy Dogs posts within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment. 

All shippments will be booked as ATL (Authority To Leave) service and do not include any Transport Insurance. Transport Insurance is available on request. An additonal charge for any Insurance will apply. The Customer need to contact Yummy Dogs if Transport Insurance is required prior of placing any order.

2.3 WAREHOUSE PICKUP: To save on shipping costs, orders can be picked up from Yummy Dogs warehouse at Beverly Hills (NSW Australia). The Customer needs to select the ‘Warehouse Pickup - Free’ option during the checkout process if he likes to pick up the order. Yummy Dogs warehouse is located on King Georges Road close to the M5. All Pickups are by Appointment ONLY. Please contact us on 1300 881 576 to arrange a pick up time.

2.4 INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE / SHIPPING: Yummy Dogs does deliver internationally. However, Yummy Dogs cannot be responsible for local import regulations; these are the sole responsibility of the Customer. 

2.5 SHIPPING TIMES: Orders will be delivered during normal business hours. Order should arrive to you within 1-3 working days for NSW, VIC and 4-7 working days for the rest of Australia. International - Delivery times for international orders can take anywhere between 2-10 business days. 

2.6 DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS: Any claims against the Transport provider may need to be placed direct by the Customer.  Goods and boxes leave the Yummy Dogs warehouse well wrapped and in excellent condition. Yummy Dogs does not send damaged goods. Yummy Dogs takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged goods once the parcel has been handed over to Australia Post or other Transport Companies unless covered by a Transport Insurance.

The Customer has to check the goods for damage on arrival. The Customer will need to show Australia Post or the Transport Companies or the international delivery counterpart proof of damage for any claim. This includes along with photographs of the damaged item, the damaged item itself, the box and packaging. 

Yummy Dogs will not refund or replace any item that was delivered via ATL (Authority To Leave) service and has been left on the recipients or Customers property.

2.7 RETURN: Yummy Dogs is committed to customer satisfaction. All sales are final. Yummy Dogs does not give refunds if the client/customer simply changes his mind or makes a wrong decision when ordering any of Yummy Dogs products. The Customer should contact Yummy Dogs within 48 hours to discuss the problem. Yummy Dogs will only exchange, refund or credit an item if it does not meet the advertised requirements or if there is an unforeseeable problem with the product. All postage costs will be covered by the Customer. A 'return to sender fee' may apply.

No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever, except for personal, non-commercial viewing purposes, without the prior written consent of Yummy Dogs.

Yummy Dogs owns, or has a valid right from a third party to use, all copyrights for all material on the Site and all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and domain names used on or in connection with the Site. Any use of such materials from the Site for any purpose not explicitly permitted in writing by Yummy Dogs is strictly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.

 

DISCLAIMER

From time to time there may be information on the Yummy Dogs Website that contains typographical or visual errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Yummy Dogs reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice including after a Customer has submitted an order.

 

THIRD PARTY WEB SITES

Yummy Dogs is not responsible for third party websites that link to or from the Site. Yummy Dogs disclaims all responsibility for any viruses or malicious code that may appear on any third party websites, and for the accuracy of any of the information provided on such linked sites and any goods or services provided or purchased from such site. Any reliance on the contents of a third party web site is done at the Customers or Site users own risk and the Customer or Site user assume all responsibilities and consequences resulting from such reliance.
